The Town of Legal held a community colouring contest to celebrate Easter.
Children aged 12 and under were invited to submit one of the Town’s colouring contest forms to help decorate the Town office and be entered into a random draw for a chance to win an Easter basket.
Eric, age 7, won the contest and an Easter basket stuffed with all kinds of goodies. “He was very excited to have won,” said Susan Pearce, Safety & Community Services Coordinator with the Town of Legal.
“We do a colouring contest for the children in Legal to help get them excited about Easter and to decorate the town office. They like to come in and see their pictures displayed in the town office, and we encourage them to do so.”
