This year the Bon Accord library will be celebrating its 40th anniversary. They have become the heartbeat of the community. RMLA Mr. Dale Nally visited the library after hearing of the magic that the library holds for the community. Part of the magic created from this gem of a library comes from the staff who are there every day to greet every patron with a smile and a warm comment. Even during the pandemic, the dedicated staff continued to offer services to the community. Patrons could call and order books, movies, puzzles, or crafts to be picked up curbside. Dedicated volunteers support the library. Some have been volunteering for the community since they’ve opened. The dedication from the staff and the volunteers speaks to the spirit of the library.
